Their R&D center is set up in Wageningen, Netherlands and focused on world class milk-cow production, dairy product research and food safety. Yili will also look to Italy for milk sourcing.

Huawei is a global leader in telecom and network equipment, IT solutions based in Shenzhen, China. Huawei opened its European Research Institute (ERI) for nextgen network research and development in Leuven, Belgium to further strengthen its partnerships in industry and academia in Europe. They are heavily invested into developing 5G networks in Europe for a fully digitized European Union of the future.

BGI – formerly the Beijing Genomics Institute is a leading gene sequencing, drug R&D and pioneer of personalized healthcare with over 5,000 employees based in Shenzhen, China. They opened R&D centers in Copenhagen in 2012 and Prague in 2013, focusing on prenatal genomics and fetal screening to detect chromosome diseases and genetic disorders.
